To register for our prescription collection, please complete the form below and we can collect your NHS Prescription automatically from your GPs surgery. You can then pick it up from any of the selected branches that you prefer.
Please note: We offer 1 delivery a month, unless it is an emergency. Any extra deliveries will incur a £5 delivery fee.
